nice fast check-in great room with good views club lounge very good, Breakfast in the restaurant very good would recommend.
Evening meals in the restaurant were good my thanks to Ainsley who was great and caring and made sure everything was right.
Did have a problem on the last night in the restaurant
and it did spoil our evening but overall would stay again

Fantastic hotel and brilliant room

Had a night away at the Crowne Plaza as we were attending a function nearby.

Stayed in one of the Suites, had access to the Lounge as well and that was just brilliant. Just added something else to the night and would thoroughly recommend it.

The staff were superb, food and room was brilliant and the overall package has us booking for a return later in the year.

Cant recommend the staff and service high enough, absolutely first class! One of the best stays I've had at any IHG hotel that's for sure.

Booking requests unreliable

We stay here quite often, we like the riverside location. BUT, we always request room 514 or 614 because we are two older ladies and these rooms are spacious with 2 large beds.
We were told these rooms were already occupied and were given 802, its very small with 2 single beds, very disappointing. We may try somewhere new on our next visit.
