I have stayed in many hotels in Hamburg. This was my first time at Crowne Plaza. It will not be my last. Very good experience

Because of the fair in Hamburg or somwhere else around Hamburg, the Hotel charged me with an additional fee of almost 170% on top on my regular price, based on my frame contract.
Therefore I will take care to blacklist the Hotel for our company asap..

I had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza Hamburg. Hotel staff was very friendly and food at the restaurant excellent. Will definitely come back.

Everything ok. Interesting area. Lots of restaurants incl. breakfast.
City center easy to reach either on foot or by bus.
Exception: very poor TV offering. Few stations, very poor and bad picture. Not even a list of available TV stations and where to find which.

We went to Hamburg for the Christmas market experience. We had a little problem getting the suites we had booked but all was sorted out satisfactorily. The hotel was a good base for our exploration of Hamburg
What a city vibrant, cosmopolitan and very well heeled, a cracking Christmas break.

Mitarbeiter geht auf das Problem nicht gut ein.
Verweist bei Pay TV auf fremde Anbieter geht nicht weiter drauf ein.
Beim Frühstück hätte Ich mir mehr Auswahl erwartet, Aufschnitt und Käse waren Discounterware, hätte auch mehr Auswahl an Fisch erwartet und nicht nur Rollmops bei dem Preis vom Frühstück.

I'm a Platinum member and have been so for years. I stayed here twice in 2 weeks. First week I was treated very good, room upgrade, access to lounge. 2nd week no room upgrade, no access to lounge. Supposedly the rules changed from 1 week to the next, which I dont quite understand. Beds were too soft, not enough support. 2nd visit room was rather small with weird bathroom setup, shower and toilet in 1 room and sink in main room. Flimsy closet setup. 1 of the more expensive internet access charges when compared to most other Crowne Plaza or other hotel properties. Not too far from downtown, but pretty far from Airport. I'll not be staying here again.

Rooms, service, facilities, and amenities were great.
A great value for the money.
