In each area - reception - bar - restaurant - the staff were excellent. I noticed that there were new staff on reception but excellent service already.

Das Haus liegt etwas versteckt hinter dem Hauptbahnhof und ist von dort aus zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.
Die Zimmer sind komfortabel eingerichtet und sauber.
Das Frühstück ist 1a.
Wer ein komfortables Hotel in zentraler Lage sucht und mit der Bahn anreist, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

a perfectly arranged stay during 6 days. Very spacious rooms and a good night´s sleep in propper beds. Additionally I enjoyed the aroma package - "this works deep sleep"

We recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Hannover from December 20, 2012 thru January 3, 2013. It was the perfect setting for bringing family members from different parts of the U.S. to relax and enjoy one another and visit family in the Hannover area. The bar and restaurant staff was very friendly and kind. The front desk staff was very helpful. Two of our party had a massage at the spa, which was very good.
The lounge offered extra space, and chess to play. The rooms are spacious and quiet and the housekeeping staff keeps everything very clean. The food is great.
It's a short walk to the center of town, which offers shopping, good restaurants and the opera house!!
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone for pleasure or business.

Very nice hotel with good facilities ... nice big rooms, fully equipped ... and excellent, helpful and friendly staff at both Front Desk and Bar ... special thanks to Carolin @ Front Desk for a great deal of help provided.

The location is excellent. 5 min walk to train station, restaurants, shopping etc.
The hotel manager went out of his way for me and the staff are very friendly. For a city that has the largest exhibition center in the world, you would expect more choices of hotels. Putting in consideration the choice of hotels in hanover i would say that the Crowne Plaza is one of the best choices of hotels to stay in.
