There is nothing "special" being an IHG member.
Many IHG outlets, don't greet IHG member, even I am a Gold member.

Comfortable Stay

I stayed in the same hotel 4 years ago and loved it therefore when returning to Hiroshima I decided to book it again. Both times I was a platinum member however the most recent visit I felt the staff and hotel where lacking something from the first visit.

It is hard to explain what was missing but the service was not the same, had i not stayed here before I would have been most happy with the hotel, having stayed here before I can only say I felt a little let down and things have in my feeling slipped a little

Good Location, Hard Beds

This hotel is in the center of the sights, shopping and dining. Staff is very efficient and friendly.

Mattresses are very hard. This can make sleep difficult while recoverying from jet lag. There are no english TV channels except for a few hours at night.
