Disappointed with Manager's behavior

Overall, my stay was great as I was attending a session for Christian Healing Ministries. I was disappointed with the way the Manager of the conference room handled speaking to one of the staff members of Christian Healing Ministries. It was unprofessional as he yelled in her face to "leave right now or pay $500". I don't think she was aware of the wedding taking place to my knowledge it was not in the contract, but she was so shaken by the way he yelled and shook angrily in her face that I had to voice this. Other than that, the stay was great and the service staff very helpful and professional. Thank you.

poor service resolve

after initially calling them about refrigerators and microwave, we were told that they would be in the room.
after we got there, there were none in the room and we got told we had to pay for each. because of the wrong info that we were given, the staff told us we would get one for free. well we got a fridge, but never seen the microwave.
we had prepaid for breakfast during booking and had to specifically ask, after being told we had to pay for breakfast, to get the coupons.
I would expect that during check in, I would not have to say anything, but would be given the coupons with out any questions.
otherwise the stay was great.
