It's not a 5 stars !!!!!!

Quel dommage que certaines petites choses gâtent la qualité d'un court séjour, par exemple ne pas remettre du shampoing ni ne gel douche pour la seconde nuit !! Les imperfections des renseignements !! Le petit déjeuner n'est pas exceptionnel non plus.
Ne pas rementtre des verres à toutes les tables lors du séminaire !!
Pour moi c'est un 3 étoiles Plus, mais jamais un 5 étoiles !!!!!!!

bathroom not working and car parked and lost for some hours

at the arrival we have a room with an extra bed reserved for our child but there was no bed in room need to ask it twice then in the bathroom problem with the water so need to change room
then one day as they have a car parking service for 20 euro per day and they bring your car to park they have loose the key of our car for some hours and then fortunatly found them ......

Very well presented certrally located hotel

Generally very well presented hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast not the best but otherwise nothing bad no say.
