Lovely staff, very friendly, great size room. Excellent location, central to all attractions. Tube station Blackfriars directly opposite, perfect.

We stayed here for my husband's 30th birthday, was presented with a complimentary cake in room. (mentioned when booking was for a birthday.) Booked a deluxe room, was lovely had everything we needed, plus a very comfortable bed. Great variety of room service, some of which was available 24hours. Nice modern clean bathroom too. Visited the hotel bar, pricey but you got what you paid for. Located near the river and five minutes walk to st.Paul's. Staff polite, eager to please. Can't fault our stay at all, would definitely stay again.

Stayed Friday 12 & Saturday 13 April 2013. King suite room at first floor was good but noisy due to breakfast being in Cricketers restaurant below & very busy road opposite Blackfriars tube station. We asked to relocate to similar room on upper floor which was not a problem, staff and hotel apologised for inconvenience with a complimentary gift. Rooms, staff and facilities all excellent, hotel could not be better located for Tube and exploring London generally. Breakfast had a great choice for all tastes. Concierge was very good too. Will definitely stay again in future!

spent two quick days in london on the way back from europe to australia. did not use many of the hotel facilities but the room was very clean and spacious. found the concierge very understanding and helpful. booked a car to the airport which was good value and turned up ahead of time. good old pub across the road and easy walk to the embankment along the thames also an express supermarket just outside. no problems at all with the stay and would stay again. thanks

As a Platinum member of the Priority Club scheme, I have stayed at many IHG hotels and others too. This is the best hotel I have stayed in the UK!!! Highly recommended as the staff are so attentive and the room size given for central London was superb.
Highly Recommended indeed.
