When we arrived our booking was very hard to find, it took about 30 min and the hotel staff wasn´t very polite or excused the incident. We knowd that we had payed for breakfast but she told us that she couldn´t get that information from the booking and she didn´t helped us to find it. However after that we decided to not have our breakfast within the hotel and we stayed away from the hotel as much as posible. We can not recommend this hotel.

Ive stayed at this hotel many times now. As a platinum member I always receive an upgrade usually to a junior sweet which is very comfortable. The hotel is always clean and appealing to the eye and Ive always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. From a value perspective it depends on when you book. Sometimes for a London hotel it is very good value, but at other times like many London hotels the prices become ridiculous- but its all about supply and demand.
My only problem would be the free internet. Im not sure if this is an issue because it is all now free and everyone is using it, but it was very slow and as I need quick reliable access for work it means I will have to look elsewhere when staying in London for work, however I would def recommend this hotel to anyone not requiring quick reliable internet access.

We were delighted with the hotel and staff and made to feel very welcome. Attention to detail made all the difference.
