Great service-wonderful staff

I really enjoyed my recent stay at Crowne Plaza Beverly Hills-excellent staff-Genl. Manager. Brian, ,Ryan at the front desk, all the bellmen ,the dining room staff-all worked hard to accommodate me and my needs-very friendly and helpful-received an upgrade to a suite since my usual club level room was being renovated-received all amenities with a smile, for my platinum level membership-the staff goes out of its way to help-whether you stay I night or a full week- dining room breakfast buffet was out of this world-delicious eggs, omelets, sausage, bacon, juice, cereal, fruit, pastries,-magnificent! despite renovations going on-noise at a minimum, never at night, staff went all out to help me and other guests enjoy our experience here-I"ve been coming here for 10 years-,always a great experience-hotel very convenient to restaurants, galleries-Rodeo Drive-all within walking distance-I give it 5 stars-highest rating-recommend it -good value-reasonable rates-I will be back!

Nice Hotel, very clean room and staff gave great services. I would recommend that hotel to anyone that would like to stay in the Beverly Hill area.

Does not deserve Crowne Plaza name

Despite of "upgrade" our "suite" was too small. No ice available at the hotel as the machine was broken! Definitely not CP standard
