I will not select this hotel next time. The service on top floor dinner place is very bad!

This is the only hotel in the City of Ma An Shan that reaches an international caliber of service. My first stay at any Crown Plaza and I am so impressed by both the service and facilities of this particular Crown Plaza that I joined their priority club. Facilities are newish, well maintained. The surprise was both the revolving restaurant that gives a commanding view of the city and also the fabulous indoor pool. I had the pool all to myself and it is the first pool in China that I felt was clean. The water was also properly chlorinated. Impressed!

1、马鞍山的皇冠比起芜湖的皇冠的，Check-in的效率低，前台最多2个人，每次办理入住，都要等。我做为白金会员，我提出帮忙升级湖景房，竟然说现在只能升级一级升不了。比起芜湖的皇冠来说，马鞍山的皇冠房价高，房间的等级太多了。没有性价比，比起一些假日酒店的环境都不如。
2、欢迎水果，我中午入住，到晚上我吃过晚饭还未送来，我打了客房电话才送过来。这样的服务态度很差。
3、我退房的时候忘带了东西，当我回来取东西的时候，耽误我半个小时才把东西给我。这样的服务我在5星级酒店第一次遇到。
