Clean room, but a lot to be desired

The room was clean enough, but the noise outside in the hall ways at all hours of the night was nearly unbearable. I requested foam pillows but never saw them. The fitness center had no heat or lights. The restaurant closed earlier than posted hours every night we were there (M-Thur). There was a renovation company fixing the lobby floor when we arrived due to a water leak of some sorts.

Due to extreme cold weather, we had a sprinkler pipe break at the main entrance and had to be repaired while you were staying with us. It was a very good stay. A really awesome room with ample pillows and blankets. Also very quiet to get quality sleep.

People make the difference, and the staff at this facility go above and beyond what you'd expect when staying at a hotel!
Made my stay not only pleasant, but this is the second time staying here in as many weeks!!! What's THAT say?!
