Fantastic Leisure Facilities

This was the first time I've stayed at this hotel. Great location, just off the main high street, close to the shops. The leisure facilities were fantastic, great swimming pool, steam room, jacuzzi, gym. The hotel has also produced a leaflet outlining runs/walks around the area, different lengths with a variety of scenery.
The staff were extremely helpful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Nottingham.

Overall a good location if you want to be in the city centre however I would ask that the car parking rates are looked at - £13 overnight for 10 hours.

Excellent service given and lovely people

I really enjoyed my stay except for not being able to have a proper dinner in the restaurant on the Sunday night - had to have a bar meal which was great quality food and service but not what I wanted to eat.
THe staff were so helpful and friendly and seemed as if they were really happy to help - even if they don't like their jobs, you wouldn't have a clue as they were genuine.

I was disappointed that, as a platinum member I was allocated a cramped room that was in need of decorating. Everything else was fine
