Nice hotel with friendly staff

This is a hotel With a good location when visiting Naha/Okinawa. The staff is very friendly and accomodating, although the Consierge service could have provided better information about the local environment.

1. 房间的插座的可以国际化些, 例如可以适应不同几个国家的;
2. 结帐时太超前了些, 例如我, 本来是希望用Unipay银联来支付的, 殊不知, 酒店提前1天, 没有通知我就用我的信用卡结帐了
3. 酒店的房间,及装修规格, 达不到在中国的皇冠假日酒店的5星级标准,

The Okinawa Crowne Plaza was not the Crowne Plaza I know.

This Crowne Plaza in Okinawa did not meet my expectations unlike the other locations.

1) The rooms did not have wireless internet. It was not convenient to go to the lobby the access wifi.
2) My non-smoking room smelled like smoky.
3) There were no benefits such as room upgrades or even free bottled water for Platinum Elite members. The membership status was not recognized in this location.

I like Crowne Plaze and other IHG locations, but this one was a big disappointment.
