I was upgraded to a suite because of my membership status. I loved the upgraded room. Only downside was paying for parking.

Calling is useless

I have been trying to reach someone at the hotel after my bosses stay to get a copy of the receipt. You can't get a person unless you call reservations and they will transfer you to someone (actually 2 people) and their mailboxes are full. I finally got one person and she was supposed to email me the receipt which she did not do.

I am completing this survey, hoping someone will call me!

I was finally able to get with my staff who contacted your staff to get my receipt. I guess I should have done that in the first place, however, I usually don't have to go that far. You may want to let your staff to empty their mailboxes and return their calls and answer the phone.

Nice hotel - staff lacking

The front desk staff couldn't be bothered to help me with ANYTHING - never acknowledged my platinum status. Refused to allow my fellow travelers, arriving later, to get their keys from front desk. I had to remain at hotel and meet them with keys. Bar staff was amazing.
