We stayed 4 nights and found the hotel to be a very good value for our traveling dollars.
The staff was very helpful and we found the tram, subway and bus system to be the best way to get around.
The room and bed were comfortable, Wi-Fi worked very well, and the breakfast was excellent. The coffee maker in the breakfast area does not make very good coffee and would be a real pain if several people were there at one time. The young lady that was the attendant was very help and did a great job of looking after the area and guest needs.
The afternoon Happy Hour on the 15th floor was a real treat and good place to unwind after a day of sightseeing.
Certainly a very good value and I have recommended the hotel to friends that are planning a trip to Prague.
Our only Con about our stay is that there is only one restaurant in the area around the hotel. So your either dining in the hotel or that one place.

I stayed there 4 nights. The hotel was nice, good breakfast, great gym! llocation is quite away from the old town to be honest and traffic is not good...tram is the best option to transport but not regular...i wasnt impressed with the room although i chose a club room - found the interior quite standard...i was disapointed as staff do not really welcome people or even say hello when they come accross customers away from reception unlike other hotels. I also noticed that they do not smile at all andnot sure whether this is more of a local thing... Good overall but could be better.

We have stayed several times at the Crowne Plaza in Prague. It is our first choice when visiting the city of Prague. We have recommended it to several of our friends. It is easy to get to with a GPS and the trolley is right outside the door making easy trips into the city. The gated parking lot is a real plus.

The Crowne Plaza Prague is a elegant old hotel that has been well maintained. When you enter it, you get the feeling of old world elegance. The staff is friendly, and helpful. The rooms are well maintained. The hotel itself is not very convenient for easy access to old town Prague. You must be prepared to utilize taxis to get to the the tourist sites.

At the end of the tram and metro service so a little out of Prague old town but easy to get in. Welcoming and very helpful staff both on reception and in the restaurant. Good selection of quality food throughout the day and choice of buffet some evenings which was excellent. Bar area has some WIFI but not speedy and you have to be close to the smoking areas to use it. No WIFI in rooms which would be helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable beds but smoke again drifting in even though smoke free floor which is not good for children.
