I've stayed at this location twice and with the second visit the lobby is much improved since I was there the 6 months ago. The floors and rooms, however, are very dated. During my first stay I was offered a room upgrade which was a generous offer. Unfortunately it was for a smoking room which during that stay I needed to get switched to a non-smoking room.
During my second stay I was not recognized as a platinum PC member or offered any upgrades only to discover that the prior "upgrade" was in fact nothing more than a standard room.
The linens and beds are on the rough/hard side. Room service is unreliable with towel service not always refreshing with the necessary towels. They would pick up used towels daily but not always replace them with fresh ones.

I stayed in this hotel with my family (three people) in a large room, very comfortable the double bed, extra bed small.
The room was not very quiet (noise from highway naerby).
Good choice at the reastaurant and breakfast.

We were extremely pleased with Our one night stay on 27Jan. We had been traveling for a month and This was Our last night in Europe and We had a very early morning flight out of Linate...
The room was wonderful, bed comfortable, The Happy Hour Buffet was unexpected and very nice...
Really not sure what We were expecting as I had read some previous reviews and a few had complaints, there was nothing to complain out on Our stay,, It was over the top wonderful.

Located in business Area, close to Linate Airport and comfortable beds and bathrooms and excellent choice of Breakfast. Contradictory to the past even internet is now 30 minutes for free and when you extend for fair pices.

The worst Crowne Plaza we have stayed in. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful (BIG TIME). The food was frozen and steamed by microwave! Breakfast is disappointing but acceptable. Overall I don't think I will consider this hotel in my next visits to Milan.
P.S: I checked out after 3 days and stayed in another hotel which is not far from Crowne Plaza where I enjoyed the rest of my holiday.

Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The rooms are small, dated, and uncomfortable. The beds are uncomfortable. Breakfast is disappointing. Overall an unpleasant place to stay. Probably the worst Crowne Plaza I've stayed in. Insufficient recognition of Priority Club members.
