Nothin less than a pleasant stay.

This has been my 6th stay at the Crowne Plaza Pudong and each time I visit, I always look forward to my next stay. Last time I stayed here I provided feedback, both positive and constructive and upon checking in this visit, I instantly noticed that any comments for improvement where all taken care of. For example, the piano which I like to play was re-tuned, preset in room TV volume adjusted along with some new additional in room appliances. I have to thank Lilly and Louise, club and restaurant managers respectively for implementing these changes and mentoring a strong team to help make my stay both comfortable and a home away from home. Off course a strong management team does not exist without a service focused Hotel Manager, Charlie... I’ve been coming to this hotel for around 2 years and every time I return, the experience is better than the last.

I have just booked my next stay and had reservation sent to me in minutes.

地点尚可,早餐也不错,床品比较符合品牌定位,客房装修稍显过时;位置可以,交通也还方便。就是为什么评论需要五十字才能提交有点让人费解!

一次不错的体验,虽然酒店位置比较偏,但是软硬件都不错,服务更是品牌酒店水准,房间很整洁,泳池人也很少,晚上睡眠很安静,虽然临近马路,但是基本听不到声音,性价比就更高了

Poor air-conditioning ? Internet service

Air conditioning was not working for the duration of my stay even though the problem was brought up to the front desk staff.

Internet connection was also slow and there were blind spots int eh room
