Excellent service, the quality, cleanliness of the room exceeds expectation. The lobby area is a little small compared to other 5 starts in the area. The "Crowne Plaza" sign is not illuminated at night, making it difficult for visitors to find.

Staff was very helpful. Upon arrival until check out the service was outstanding including the help from Martin at the club floor, concierge ensuring I do not miss the morning shuttle to HKG airport and courtesy of duty manager Vanesa at check out was also very outstanding. They know what hospitality means and are committed and well trained. I hope to get the benefits for the next business trip as well so I can continue the relation with Landmark and enjoy their excellent service. The sump pump in the toliet was making some noise when I run the water in the basin or shower. Never get to complain about it but if i did they would have moved me to another room which they had done in one of my previous stay. I needed some help on my possible flight changes and Martin from Club floor has been very helpful in gettting the info in apainless way, who is fluent in English with his international experience in hospitatlity industry, so is Kelly and a new girl whose I do not recall.

每次入住都觉得有一种回家的感觉，还有员工的精神面貌以及接待客人的态度非常的热情，却不显得做做，一下子就扫去了心中的疲惫。

I have a great time in this Hotel.The staff was very helpful.The ambiance in this Hotel is great.I get a welcome drink in the bar.I feel very well in this Hotel.The room is very big and clean.Also the swimminpool and the Spa Area was very beautiful.Thanks for the good service and the helpfulness

去香港前入住的酒店，选择的理由是离罗湖口岸比较近，很不错的酒店，房间很干净，会员礼遇也不错，房间够大，但与我入住过的套房还是有些差距，总体感觉不错！适合推荐

My stay at the Crowne Plaza was great, the staff went above and beyond for me at every opportunity.
If your looking for a place to stay that will make you feel like your satisfaction is a priority then stay at the Crowne Plaza in Shenzhen .... I will be back!
