相比起廣州皇冠假日,只能說一般,房間太小了,雖然升級了,但是還是小(是在邊房,好像只升級了廁所的感覺)。

great service, friendly staffs, good location, overall a very good stay. always stay here while I visit Shenzhen.
However, can't understand why they changed the policy that as platinum member, i'm no longer granted to use the lounge, all other hotels, are still the standard benifit

The food (especially lunch/dinner) definitely needs a major revamp. Food were not tasteful and presentation of the food were not good. Breakfast although has more varieties, but should not be the same boring menus.
