hardware is good as expected and matched with the brand. Service is one of the best that beyond my expectation. Great place for the one who looking for quiet and leisure vacation.

Upon my arrival I am always greeted with a warm cup of tea....I love this. Check In and Check out are always thourough, timely, and professional.......you never stand at the desk and wait.
The rooms are the nicest I've stayed in and I like the special touches......hand written notes, fresh fruit, anything I need.
Finally, the walking trails to the lake and the rainbow walk area are nice and scenic.
I would definitely return to this hotel!!

The Crowne in Suzhou is located on Jinlin Lake, which (with a bit of walking) allows direct access to the lake front and some good restaurants. The hotel is nicely furnished and a welcome, relaxed feeling. Access to the new subway is 5-6 blocks away. The location makes it a good choice for those staying in the area, thus I assume the summer months will be very busy. They have several restaurants, including both Chinese and Japanese. Also, a sunny restaurant for breakfast buffet and American style food.

I'm a Priority Cub member, I always look for opportunities to collect rewards, I value my points!! I'm very disapointed with the fact that I did not get any reward points by staying at Crown Plaza!! This is the first time this happened to me. I do not accept this since I made the choice to stay at Crown Plaza and I have paid all the expenses; basically it was my choice and my money nobodyelse's. I'm sorry to say but unless this gets reviewed and I get my due points I will not stay there again neither recommend this hotel. I visit Suzhou several times every year in business. I've stayed at the Holiday Inn Jasmine (Suzhou) many times, I was treated extremely well and always got the reward points the way it should be.

Stayed for 5 nights on business. Spacious and beautiful room, extremely polite staff who are willing to help you out. House keeping was excellent too. I was working in the room one day, and did not want to be disturbed. When I went out for lunch for about an hour and a half, I pushed the "please make room" button, and when I returned, the room was cleaned. WiFi worked perfectly (I rely heavily on internet access for work) and was stressless, and what's better, it's free. I did struggle a bit communicating with a waitress at the bar, but the next day she remembered me and asked me if I wanted what I ordered the night before. I will definitely stay here again for my next visit, business or leisure.

The worse ICH group hotel that I have stayed in. The reception staff have no idea of how to deal with guests and are obstructive in dealing with payment requirements. The bar staff have absolutely no idea of how to make cocktails to an acceptable recipe. The whole environment is sterile and represents poor value for money. Not to be recommended.

My first time in Suzhou and the hotel was really fantastic, it just like a Cruise which stand by the Jinji Lake, and it make me feel comfortable and releax, I really don't want to leave it
