The bed has a great mattress and you get a good rest. The room is a good size and the K-cup for coffee in morning is the best.

They had heat problem in dining room and lounge but did there best with heaters to keep it at a reasonable temp. All and all it was a good experience. Will definetly go back again. Service was very good and beds were comfortable.

Park Sleep fly experience.

Had to drive around parking area for 15 mins in hope of finding a parking spot. Finally a space became available. We checked in at 330 expecting to have an after noon of hot tubbing as it was a cold -23 day, but the hot tub was out of order with a sign saying come to the front desk and we will give you something for the inconvenience. They offered a cup of coffee, not even a spanish coffee! The sauna was not turned on so after a 1/2 hr. of waiting for it to heat up we gave up and went back to the room and drank wine and beer. The restaurant was freezing but they had heaters going on a couple of tables. Every one sat and ate with their coats on. Apparently one of the alcoves was under construction at the time, close to the dining room with plastic being the only barrier from the out side. Must say the food was good but slow & got cold quickly due to restaurant renos. Waitress was a sweety and helped me find a blue diamond that fell out of my ear while eating. I didn't realize it was missing until i got to my room. Fortunately for us no one else had sat at the table and with the help of the flash light she located it close to my chair. Thank you so much! That was great service! We could be back if you warm up the dining room.

Disappointed this time.

We did not arrive until 2 am after a long flight. We had reserved a king bed but were given 2 double beds in what appeared to be a very well used room. Needed some updating. (chipped furniture etc) Yes, we should have complained about the bed at the time but we were just too tired. Also the bathroom floor could have been cleaner. Hair and dust on the baseboard.

We have 2 more nights booked in April so hopefully we will have a very clean room with a king size bed.
