I really like the location. Nice place to stay. Easy access to shopping and dining and the train station.

I have stayed at the this hotel several times and appreciate the convenience of location to shopping and restaurants. There were 2 items of concern this time.
1) the bed was very unconfortable, even when I switched to the other side, the mattress needs replacing.
2) the 1st floor location above the bar courtyard was VERY noisey (people yelling, laughing and talking very loudly), however, I called the front desk and they took care of the noise - THANK YOU!
I plan to return to this hotel the next time I visit Wiesbaden.

We were in Europe for 2 weeks and this is the best place we have stayed!!!!! Great room!!!!!! The location is the best in town with access to everything within walking distance.. The staff were soooo helpful and it was such a wonderful experience. We will be back each year as it is my partners mom's hometown and we will stay here each time!!!!! Would highly recommend!!!! Comfy beds as well!!!!

mostly good, with nice facilities - gym a bit small but did everything i wanted to. Only negatives are the Lighting is a bit "sickly" in the rooms - it is all fluorescent lighting after a while it leaves you feeling a bit disorientated.
Also the Wireless internet charge is annoying - some hotels provide this or free (and should do - it as a benefit of staying in the room and does not cost the hotel for you to access it)
otherwise a very nice hotel

everything is very good only to Improves as I said in my previous evaluation :
1- internet
2- room cleaning
3- to study if possible to have transportation from and to airport.

Hi - During this visit, I received a guest room overlooking the courtyard. The courtyard is attached to a bar. There was loud music way into the evening. Staff did attempt to quiet down the crowd. I also had to keep my window open because the room was extremely hot and the controls did not work, or were turned off. If you need to get sleep, ask for a room away from the Courtyard.

Room and bed were great! Very quiet, great location to downtown. Most hotels in Europe have complementary breakfast. I wish we would have known that it cost 15.00 euro each!
