Bed could be better

On arrival, the room smells a bit musty.
Widows cannot be opened, so only way is much throughput with A/C
Have had more comfortable bed with other brands

Comfortable bed and great staff service

Everything about the hotel is excellent. the only complaint I had was the local guests sometimes ignored the non-smoking sign and smoked everywhere within the lobby, lounge and the guest floor. The hotel staff did try to confront to the guests, unfortunately, very few complied.

After all, the hotel is in great condition. Friendly staff and goof service. I enjoyed the breakfast everyday. The Food and Beverage dept. had improved a lot since my last visit in oct 2014. Now the hotel has the live entertainment in the lounge 3 days a week where I enjoyed the music with my colleague there all the time. There are so many good things about the hotel. I definately recommend this hotel to all the friends I know.
