Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Fantastic Evening Arrived late after having spent 7hrs driving with my new wife. The receptionist was superb efficient and helpful and supplying a gratefully received glass of wine. My wife is Gluten and Lactose intolerant the waitress knew exactly what this was and the Chef produced an absolutely superb meal even baking fresh gluten free bread. Zurich is not the cheapest of places but as the hotel says its the small things that make the difference. My wife and I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel you will feel cared for. 9. Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by Nice but... I found the room small. The fact that the bathroom is incorporated in the room and only has a mat glass sliding door doesn't help. It is good for one person but to sleep there with two peolple and both have to get ready in the morning at the same time?? Good luck. Overall the room was clean. But I happened to have lost something. Thinking it may have rolled under the bed, I took my mobile phone and used the flash light to check under the bed. I found a single used flip flop from the hotel and some small wrappers from sweets or something of the sort. My total experience was ok. I wasn't in the room much longer than what was necessary for getting ready for bed and getting ready for the next day, but I guess that longer stays would be a bit too claustrofobic. I wonder if this review will ever go public... 8. Juni 2013
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Double anniversary trip First time in Zurich, this CP was in excess of our expectations, the staff were welcoming and Priority Club recognition was extended on arrival. The room was very well maintained and the cleanliness was well up to standard, very clean and well laid out. The toiletries were replenished as used which is a point of interest. There did not appear to be any disruption on our visit by renovation works to the general hotel workday. We stayed Friday through Monday. The staff were very helpful and had an excellent command of English and from what I can gather a considerable range of other languages, with particular reference to the concierge team, who pointed us in the right direction more than once and even guided us to what turned out to be very good excursions. Basically this hotel is a compliment to both staff and management in what is indeed a very cosmopolitan city. A birthday celebration which will be well remembered. Thank you. 8. Juni 2013

My wife and I had a wonderful time and we appreciated the help of Sitara at the front desk for her help on finding restaurants, tours, and train schedules. Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by Excellent and friendly staff My wife and I spent 4 nights in our first of 3-leg tour visiting Zurich, Vienna and Frankfurt. We arrived early in the morning of May 16 after a long flight from LA and hoped for early check in to get some rest. We were greeted warmly and with the help of Benjamin we got our room before noon. I have to say that throughout our stay, the front desk staff were so professional, helpful and made every effort to accommodate our needs in a warm and friendly manner. All of those with whom we communicated speak English. The hotel location is good, tram line is running by the hotel and several tram and bus lines are running through a nearby square. There are several restaurants within close proximity. The room was clean but relatively small and lacks adequate cabinets to keep our cloths in, but has safe, coffee maker and mini bar. Our room rate includes buffet breakfast that was excellent and dining room is large enough so you never have to wait. We were pleased with our stay and would recommend it for other vacationers. 3. The bathroom door offered no privacy (glass and didn't even close all the way). Would spend my money somewhere else. 7. Mai 2013
