The carpet was so stained and dirty that I didn't even want to take my shoes off. Tiny room and everything was sticky and dirty. The bathroom door offered no privacy (glass and didn't even close all the way). Would spend my money somewhere else.

The hotel is great. But compared to other Crown Plaza in other towns, the rooms are abit small.

We are on a whirlwind driving tour of Europe and I stayed in Zurich with my partner, On our way to Vienna? I chose the Crowne Plaza, as I am a member of the Platinum Elite Priority Club Rewards Ambassador.
On arrival to the hotel, we were greeted warmly and were given a nice compact room that had a a welcome letter and a small box of chocolates, being Switzerland it might have been a tad bigger. This is also the first of 15 IHG hotels not to give me complimentary upgrade to a junior suite. But I'm sure the place was busy we saw bus loads of tourists arrive. I'm never sure why my tittle is so confusing as well its clearly on my drivers license and profile.
The room was is as I said small but compact nearly all you would need including safe, tea and coffee making facilities and a mini bar, and very clean the bathroom facilities, kept my partner very happy.
Breakfast was very good, as was diner the night before, the staff are very helpful and friendly. theres free internet which was enough for us to use our iPads and to keep in touch on FB and check emails.
All the staff were unbelievably helpful, and very friendly, if i was coming as a tourist for a few days i might want a hotel in the city, but this one suited our purposes and would certainly suit the business traveller. Great location in west Zurich, and within close proximity of nice and affordable restaurants. I will admit if this hadn't been a car driving tour and I had flown into Zurich, I wouldn't choose to come back I'd go to an IHG property more central. But for a car tour this hotel is easy to get to, find and has very secure parking.
This year in June 2013 the Priority Rewards club gets a revamp, a new name and new benefits, with some better reward opportunities and will be called the IHG Rewards Club, so look out for those exciting changes. As an IHG Platinum Ambassador, I can recommend this Hotel and the rewards program.

My only complaint is the standard pillows in room are terrible. Please do something about this, otherwise, the rooms are clean and efficient, and the staff is very helpful.

酒店整体感觉非常好，很舒适，每天都会送一瓶很大得天然水！只是离市中心稍远，但是凭借苏黎世强大得交通网，15分钟以内还是可以到达班霍夫大街这样得中心区得。
