Overall Stay

The hotel overall was great and the only complaint I would possibly have is about the continual sirens of fire trucks and ambulances. Being downtown, the sirens echo throughout the city!

Bad service, rundown hotel. shower was messed up, heater was messed up, limited parking options, hotel staff was very unfriendly and un responsive. Room looked like something from the seventies

Great Service

I have been coming to this hotel since 2013. Thats when I became a patient at Emory and I have always had a great stay. The staff is wonderful they great you with a smile when you coming and leaving.

Nice staff

The front desk staff was very nice whenever I was there with a question. I was not happy that the hotel bar area closed at 11pm so if we wanted food we would have had to order room service. Bar menu for food was VERY limited and expensive. It was nice that the hotel was right across the street from a Marta station.
