Do you like sleeping in an oven.

Room too hot and no air conditioning. The furniture was dated and worn. The bath tub was so narrow at the bottom you couldn't stand flat footed in the tub.

all staff were courteous and friendly and very welcoming. in the room the attention to detail was beautiful. It was an absolute pleasure to stay in this hotel.i shall return in the near future Joseph

Bed is good but the walkway smell and old.

The hotel can be improved to cater for everyone to improve services, do renovation of the flooring, toilet light improve and TV program setting to be more English friendly speaking visitors.

Lovely "Palace" in Brussels

This was my third stay in this Hotel and it was, again, a pleasant experience. In addition to the friendly check-in one is immediatley immersed in the Klimpt Art in the halls and rooms. Arriving at a beautiful well-lighted room, it was a great experience to cocoon and recover from jet lag before I started work for the conference next day.

The Conference Center is so pleasant with the art, and ambience....very comfortable and conducing to working!!

The meals (two dinners, a lunch and breakfast) were also very good...What a happy experience!!
