Didnt like the hotel

I froze and the beds were hard. Now Im mad because they are making me type more and I dont want to. Get better beds. The man at the desk was too busy running around to accomodate another guest who wanted to ask about other events in Dallas that week. It was 1am.

I have been coming to this property for 5 years and have found it talways exceed my expectations.. The checkin experiece with Betty,Juan, Kelly and George are very accommodating and exceed by expectations everytime.. They are truly one of the best front desk teams I have ever encountered.Emmanuel and Rafael are the best shuttle drivers ever.

Check-in was slow, due to only one desk clerk on duty at 6:30 PM. Room HVAC was loud, and did not work properly.

This hotel is old and kinda scary to stay at. Not what I expected at all.
