Comfortable Bed and Attentive Customer Service

I particular liked the comfortable bed and the location of our room. We had a nice view of the street. It was quite a comfortable stay, it was close and convenient to the places we need to travel to on a daily basis. The TV worked properly and we had our towels replaced and bed made everyday, there was never really a huge problem with the customer service. I enjoyed the bonus IMG points that was provided to us upon check in.

Comfortable room

Clean and cheap. Worked well for us. I would stay there again if I were in the area, but it's a ways away from the city

I chose this location for it's proximity to Downers Grove.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, except for the time I was asked to pay $4.00 for one tea bag when I requested one instead of the coffee provided in the room.
