Upon check-in at 3:30 on Sunday, the room to which I was assigned was "still dirty", as was the first room to which I was to be reassigned.
Mold was found on ceiling of shower.
Mold was found under rim of sink.
Had to call twice for towels and facial tissues after 5 PM on Monday evening, after asking for them at 3 PM that same day, finally received them at 5:30 that evening.
After maid service on Tuesday, no washcloths or hand towels were brought to the room, and toilet paper holder was left empty.
Pre-programmed button for front desk gave message of "No longer in service".
TV remotes would not work to turn on the TV or affect the volume, and the TV power button in the bedroom sticks.
Upon attempting to head to my function on Monday morning, I was blocked in by a bus in the parking lot.
Backup from some other toilet into ours.
Curtains and walls in room in poor repair.
Closet door on right side was VERY hard to open.
Procedure relating to "incidentals" charge was not properly explained to me.
Counter to options in book, express checkout was not made available, neither was checkout through the TV.
Upon checkout, not one person asked how my stay was.

I was appalled to hear that you did not receive the quality of service our thousands of loyal guests have come to expect from us. The several situations you described with the various aspects of your stay and lack of prompt service causing you aggravation and discomfort is certainly inexcusable and rest assured, we are taking necessary steps to circumvent this from happening again. From check-in to check out the stay was awesome. The food was delicious and I think I will stop by the hotel just to eat a meal. The house wine was really good.
