Do not book cruise package

We booked the cruise/park/stay package that was to include our stay, parking for our car during the cruise, and a shuttle to and from the cruise terminal. When we got to the hotel, I asked about the shuttle to the terminal, and the girl at the front desk changed the subject and didn't answer my question. They were very busy. But before bed, I called back down to see what time to be ready to go in the morning, and I was told by a confused desk clerk that they didn't have a shuttle to the cruise terminal, only to the airport. After consulting with the rather rude, unhelpful manager, we were told that there is no shuttle, and we must have booked the wrong package, when I specifically followed the booking link for the cruise package. Then the manager decided to tell us that they DO, in fact, have a shuttle to the cruise terminal, but that we couldn't take it cause we didn't have that package. ??? We ended up just driving at parking near the terminal. We could have stayed somewhere else just as nice for considerably less with no package. The hotel is very nice, but includes no breakfast, and don't expect a shuttle or a helpful manager.

I will research to see if there was a reservation system error that resulted in the confusion between the Park, Stay and Go promotion and Park, Stay and Cruise promotion.
