Great Front Desk

Emily at the Front Desk was extremely pleasant and helpful upon arrival. All other staff that I encountered were also very pleasant.

The only negative comment on my stay was that I wish there was more counter space around the sink in the bathroom or an additional shelf - not enough room for toiletries

The room was nice and enjoyed stay the location was good. It made it easy for me to go the Garden District of New Orleans and then out to the country.

Poor Service

Room not ready on arrival. Front desk said they would call. They did not call when room was ready. Waited in lobby 2 1/2 hours. When I went to desk to check, they said it had been ready for two hours. No Call. No Apologies.

Room was fine. Not a bad place for a quick overnight but don't expect staff to be attentive.
