Great near airport hotel

Very surprised to find this upscale experience in an "airport" hotel. The bar was attractive and good service. I ordered room service twice and it was prompt good and hot.

The weather did not cooperate for the pool but the facilites were inviting and plentiful.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Dated hotel and overpriced food

The hotel looked dated. Food was over priced and not a lot of choice in comparison with other Crown Plaza Hotels. We booked a large cab to take 4 adults and 4 large cases plus bags to the cruise terminal - the cab did not arrive and eventually a small cab was sent for although we said it would be too small for our luggage the staff tried to get make it fit, damaging one of the cases. In the end it had to be taken out and although we said we were only prepared to take a larger cab this was ignored and again they tried to fit into yet another small cab.
We were not happy! Very bad customer care

Dear Birda, I am very sorry the you did not enjoy our property and the services provided. I do however want to point out, that as per your instructions, we requested an extra large cab to take you and your luggage to the cruise ship terminal. It is disappointing that the cab company let you and us down. I cannot nor will I accept responsibility for that.
