food,staff,and accomidations where great.Breakfast menu I would not change.its the whole reason why I come to you.and not starbucks,across the street. good job guys keep up the good work.thank you.

Needs Improvement

Monroe Location needs a Facelift as the location in Little Rock, AR is much nicer and I can clearly see why it's rated 4 stars. I will give credit that this location does have descent food and the waiter Maria was so professional and took very good care of me relating to my dietary needs.

Clean room, but a lot to be desired

The room was clean enough, but the noise outside in the hall ways at all hours of the night was nearly unbearable. I requested foam pillows but never saw them. The fitness center had no heat or lights. The restaurant closed earlier than posted hours every night we were there (M-Thur). There was a renovation company fixing the lobby floor when we arrived due to a water leak of some sorts.

Due to extreme cold weather, we had a sprinkler pipe break at the main entrance and had to be repaired while you were staying with us. It was a very good stay. A really awesome room with ample pillows and blankets. Also very quiet to get quality sleep.
