Lit peu confortable

Je pouvais ressentir les ressort du matelas du lit...
Les oreillers trop molles...
L'air climatiser trop bruyante et chambre trop chaude.

Great Service From the Shuttle Driver

On the day I was leaving to attend business near the airport there was a train strike and taxis were in short supply.

The shuttle bus driver offered to take me to my destination.

Friendly anyway

Although very busy, the staff are friendly anyway

Brunch food is correct. One of the two server look foolish the other was friendly.

Swimming pool was closed for repair, my daughter was really disappointed.

it was better than having to wait for our early flight

We arrived back in Montreal and had an overnight wait. We arrived at the hotel by cab. No one lent any assistance with our luggage which had been unceremoniously dropped at the curb in the snow and slush. I was disappointed.
We checked in to our room which was quite a bit smaller than I had expected but we were only staying overnight so we didn't have to sit in the airport.
The next morning we were just in time to catch the airport shuttle. Too bad no one had forewarn us. Something an 'airport' hotel might have taken a moment to mention.
I'll likely stay at this hotel again because I have a card but the staff did not go above and beyond. Maybe because we did not speak French.
Just my opinion.
