Pushy Valet Parking

Valet parking attendant was very pushy. When I selected to self-park he told to go ahead and park with the “door dingers” and walked away.

Loud and uncomfortable rooms

Nearly adjoining I-4 these rooms are so loud they leave ear plugs on the bedside tables. Room was always either too hot or too cold. Pillows were awful and lumpy. Guy that checked us in was rude and had an accent that made him hard to understand. Had to valet because I had been warned about the area by locals. Hotel is aging and not doing it gracefully.

Staff problems

When I originally booked the room I said a King Executive suite. When I entered the room it was just a regular suite. Upon talking to the front desk about moving me they said that all their rooms were full and couldn't accommodate my original request. When asked for a late check out time I was told it was 4pm. Come to find out it was 2pm at the latest and the employee who seemed like a manager had liked to us causing us to go into a frantic hurry to clean and pack the room. Great hotel. Not as I remembered two years ago when I stayed there but the staff made it worse.
