special on the internet allowed me to stay for one night for two and parking for 8 days and shuttle back and forth to the airport for 99 dollars.

disappointing visit

I'm usually very happy with my stay at crowne plaza but this time I was very disappointed. The staff working lacked a lot of communication the evening I stayed. And I don't think I will return.

bad shuttle service

here are the problems with shuttle service at this hotel:
1. shuttles are tired and worn out.
2. shuttles are dirty
3. They are too small
4. there are not enough of them.
5. the shuttle staff are rude ( except for 1 )
6. you will wait in the cold at the airport for a long time because of... ALL OF THE ABOVE.

Otrher than the above the hotel is fine, but since shuttel service is used by many that stay here, stay somewhere else.
