Comfortable stay

Poor front Desk, did not give early check in, even when emailed a few days prior, and advised of Priority Club Membership.
No upgrade given.
My wife called and left a message, but front Desk advised that I had not checked in, although I had, but message arrived about 3 hours after the call from her.
Poor Room service menu, even with 4 restaurants in Hotel.
1 English tv Channel - CNN
Poor Lighting in Bathroom
Furniture chipped and damaged, Wood veneer falling off of long mirror - very tired room.
Friendly staff, but no ambience.

Good hotel and location

Everything is as good as expected comparing to other 4 to 5 star hotel in Japan. Location is one of the main reason. The staffs is friendly and very helpful.
