Rave at Ravinia!

The Crowne Plaza Ravinia is a very comfortable, eye appealing hotel, with a very accommodating and friendly staff, nice sized rooms and excellent lighting in the bathroom with magnifying mirrors. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious, at least the corner rooms. The location, north of downtown, affords you easy accessibility to the Perimeter Mall with fine shopping and dining opportunities. There is easy access to the highway and public transportation is also available.The restaurants are very good, and the lobby is beautiful with waterfalls and comfortable seating and nice landscaping.

Great hotel, poor customer service.

I stayed at this hotel while attending a conference. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and the atmosphere serene. The customer service however leaves a lot to be desired. One night I called the front desk and asked for clean towels as the ones in my room were stained. Long story short, I waited for 30 min and the towels never arrived. The second incident involved an item I forgot in the room. I called the hotel as soon as my plane landed and gave very specific information about where I left the item. Again, the message was that I would receive a call as soon as housekeeping completed their service. Again the call never came and I ended up making three calls that day and no one could help me...not even the manager on duty! The following day I called again and spoke to the most helpful person - Adrienne. She was efficient, very professional, and was able to resolve the matter in about 20 min. Thank you for restoring my faith in your establishment.
