The Crowne Ravinia Atlanta Perimeter

I have stayed in many hotels but my stay at the Crowns Plaza was the best. I have always had to stay at other so called top named hotels, but now I am sold on Crowne Plaza Hotel. The hotel was clean, excellent service. What I enjoyed about the hotel was free self parking which is so very hard to find these days. The breakfast was great the atmosphere was wonderful the gardens gave me a since of peace.

The Crowne Plaza a must stay and visit kind of place.

A Good Hotel

The lobby and layout of this hotel is just gorgeous. The customer service at check in was wonderful. She was sweet and funny.The rooms were nice and very comfortable but the bathroom was not the best. It wasn't dirty just seemed old and un-maintained. I don't know if it was just my room or if its all rooms. Also my friend stayed the same night in a room that the ac didn't turn off. After calling the front desk multiple times an engineer came to the room and told her it was broke. Then it took over an hour to move her to another room. This was frustrating because we had to pack all her things back up. I had no problems with customer service on my end but hearing this on her end isn't pleasing. Other then her incident I actually had a wonderful time.

Pleasantly surprised

What stood out was the cleanliness and decor of my room. The lighting in the bathroom was great as was having an additional magnified mirror. The bathtub was spotless and deep. I asked to be in a quiet area as I am a light sleeper and I was not woken up by other guests closing their doors. The staff was very accommodating. The only disappointment was with a lunch ordered at Bistro 55. The ribs were very dry. They must have been reheated several times. However, the waitress was exceptionally nice and replaced my order.
