Hotel staff were unable to adequately communicate with international visitors. Also, additional expenses were charged to my account on departing the hotel that were unexplainable.

we have nice rooms, nice service on the reception, bad service on bar and japanice restaurant as sample beer are empty or must waiting of drinks in the japanese restaurant more then 1 hour

Upon exiting Beijing International airport arrival area, the shuttle bus driver was immediately found.

At-a-few-minutes-past-midnite check-in experience, front desk service was fast, room is ready. My predicament was I forgot my credit card at home and I have only US$300 cash plus a few hundred Yuan. The staff was NOT insisting enough to demand. A very careful negotiation helped facilitate my immediate accomodation.

I appreciate meeting TRAINED personnel.
Room was perfectly prepared.

Complimentary breakfast is excellent suiting my pallates. Shuttle for departure arrangement was easy.

Upon bill payment, I inquired how to replace my lost IHG card. Staff was very resourceful and gave me membership #. In my haste, I forgot his instructions how. Anyway, I took note & posted it on my cell phone.

Overall, my stay was far better rated than most hotels I've been to, during my four decades of travel as an international airline Skipper (now retired).
