早餐服务没以前好了。以前服务员会主动问是否要茶水、看见饮料没有了,会主动问是否还要添加。但这次去,服务水准下降了好多,现在都是顾客自己要求加茶水,还要说几次。

Unfriendly reception staffs

unfriendly reception staffs. I have not been greeted properly not being recognized gold member of crowne plaza. Excessive amount of credit card deposit was required and so on. This is the only crowned plaza requested deposit about 1.5 times of my total stay as deposit without proper reason. Overall experience in this hotel was very poor. I have been staying this hotel twice in last six months or so. If you visit Beijing, choose different IHG hotel. There are holiday inn hotels around this one. I asked why excessive deposit is needed then some supervisor called me and said it would be some food and minibar could cost that much. Then she asked if a welcome fruit would make me feel better. I didnt accept the fruit of course. Anyways, it wasn't a pleasant experience over all. By the way, when guest is waiting in front of you, please at least say "I will be with you in a short moment." Wifi connection was really slow as well.

After 10 days of my stay, my stay is not even posted yet. Hope it is get posted shortly.
