Air conditioner is not very good, can not cool down room temperature. I have to open the window when sleep. All others are good experience.

早餐热菜的温度不够,特别是6点半之前准备不到位
面条等食物需要长时间等待
咖啡等饮料准备的充分
牛奶等没有及时添加
房间沙发太脏
卫生间还可以
打扫干净,及时
床铺,洗漱用品也不错
总的还不错

room to warm, dinner service @ cafe' slow

the room was too warm and the air conditioners were not on - only the heaters, all they could do was open a window which meant more polluted air. One night, with what I thought was cold air on, the room reached 24C.

My party ate one day for dinner at the cafe' on the 1st floor and the service was incredibly slow and they were running out of items.

The breakfast and the service at Rouge were very good. The room condition was very good if it weren't for the heat.
