1 unco-operative member of staff ruined our experience

On arrival we were warmly welcomed and our needs were met quickly and efficiently. The room and facilities were outstanding. However on our second night the fire alarm sounded during the early hours of the morning which left myself, my mother and unwell friend on the stairs in our pjamas. We were told by a member of staff it was a false alarm.
The following morning we were told in an abrupt manner that as we booked through a third party, we owed £100 for our evening meal, but our restaurant bill was only £35! He said that as a good will gesture he would discount this to £35?!
We were then told that it wasn't his problem that there were no disabled parking spaces available and we had a £20 parking fee. The fire alarm incident was also dismissed with no apology.
After asking to discuss the stay with the manager, he said he would clear the bill. Only to find he had charged the bills to my credit card anyway without my knowledge. I feel embarassed and disappointed as the hotel itself was well presented and welcoming with fantastic facilities. I will not be returning to this hotel, due to the offensive and abrupt manner on our departure.
