Comfortable room in nice modern hotel!

I stay at the Crowne Plaza every time I'm in Brussels for the convenience of its location to the office and for the consistent quality of its rooms.

Two minor issues that the hotel might note are that the quality of its wifi needs attentention as the broadband speeds are more consistent with dial up and also that when the restaurant is busy in the evenings the two waiters are unable to cope with all the tables timely (they do their best!).

Cold Burgers and Too much scent in the air conditioning

€18 a burger. First time frozen bread. Sent back returned same story and poorer quality. The whole place ( fortunately not the rooms ) has a very strong scent in the air which must be in the airconditioning, so strong to sometimes make your eyes water.

Great room and nice staff

I had a 3 night stay for business. I would recommend this hotel as the room was really comfortable. Sleep therapy a nice touch too.
Staff were very friendly and the bar and restaurant had a nice ambience.
