室内装修有待提高

服务一流,硬装有待翻新,特别是卫生间的浴缸,实在太差劲,根本没有准五星的级别,客房内家具、装修太老旧,以上内容应与准五星级别相符合

周末六折还是可以考虑的

和大家感受一样,房间有一种old lady的风格,恍如回到三十年前。早餐和假日酒店水平差不多。服务人员态度无可挑剔的好。床还不错,挺舒服的。六折住住刷个一晚两晚没什么问题,要是喜欢现代风格的房间,这里就不要考虑了。位置非常不错,春熙路旁边,吃饭购物都极为方便。交通也还好。

酒店位置非常的好,环境是闹中有静!非常的不错!服务员也很友善,专业知识高!能迅速解决顾客的问题!酒店的空调太足了,感觉非常的热!游泳池的设施稍微有点陈旧,酒廊的菜品种类较少,其余就没什么了

Comfortable bed, good location, bad services and rooms are old and bad maintainance

I am gold member. Normally I receive free drinks and small gift when I check in, but I have received nothing in this Hotel. I asked the font desk next day and the hotel staff gave me free drink vouchers.
The shower area in the bathroom is very bad. After shower, the whole area of the bathroom is flooding.
When I asked the hotel staff to call a local taxi to take me to the Chengdu Panda Centre the staff called a taxi and asked for RMB100, the driver refused to go by meter. The hotel staff hasn't say anything to help me. The driver hasn't following the regulations, but the hotel staff hasn't gave advise or called other one for me. I guess the taxi driver has business relationship with the hotel staff. I went out the hotel and very easy to got another taxi to that location, the taxi fee was only RMB48.
I think the management in this Hotel is very poor and this is not up to the minimum international standards.

I believe the reservation did not reflect your Gold member status and I will follow up with Housekeeping to check the drainage in the room allocated to you. I have noted your feedback concerning the taxis not willing to use the meter for the Panda Center, this will be followed up with the Concierge team.
