Great service, comfortable room

Thank you to the two managers, Michael and Michael and front desk rep, Juanita, who were extremely helpful when my USPS packages never arrived on property. The room was comfortable and very convenient for business meetings on W. Madison although the highway-side rooms are a bit loud. Otherwise an acceptable, business-stay hotel.

It's a decent hotel that is close to food central - Randolph, and downtown. The hotel is generally clean and comfortable.

Comfortable stay, with one small problem

Great room, comfortable beds, good food and breakfast in on site restaurant...
All rooms have balconies, mine overlooked the highway so probably depends on which side of hotel you're one whether you'd want to open the door or not.
Only problem, had the fan/ac running in my room as I do wherever i stay (has to be cold to sleep) and was constantly drawing In the smell of cigarette smoke from either an adjacent room or from the street (15th floor), was greated with the smell on return to room and several times thought the night.

Good service

The staffs are very responsive and helpful. The room is clean. The bed and the linens are comfortable. The location is convenient for driving. and the Whole Food and the Walgreen is right next to the hotel.

The room is a little noisy because it is close to the highway even at 14th floor. The furniture is a little worn. It is a little too expensive for the condition of the hotel.
