The view from the top floor rooms are wonderful. The tram or the metro few minutes from the hotel takes you directly and fast into downtown Copenhegen. 07 July 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great room I come to Copenhagen fairly regularly for work. I have stayed at several hotels near the center city as it was convenient for my work location. However, after staying at the Crowne Plaza, since the rooms are so much nicer, have the best amenities, and is close to the metro, it has become my preferred hotel. The only negative is the construction which hurts the view and causes a longer walk to the metro. 05 July 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable stay during my holiday As 1st stay during may holiday in Northern Europe, It was really great choice to choose this hote. They gave me chic impression of Copenhagen. Even it is far from downtown, but, it is located near by Metro station. so, it just takes around 10~15min. to go to downtown. All staffs are very kind. all condition of room is just perfect. I stayed in high floor. so, I can see the Baltic in my room. It also one of the great experience in this hotel. If I have a chance to go to Copenhagen again, I'll choose this hotel. 05 July 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Service I lived about 120-150 days in a year with my suitcase and about the 1/3 of the time I stayed at your hotel. Overall you are quite good , comfy and pretty good services . The last 3 yrs , I have notice, there is pattern of neglects how you are treating your regular guest. 1st There is no more Welcome fruit- baskets to greet your regular guest in the room. They just vanish without a trace.. 2nd., There is no more Welcome Drink either or the discount Voucher for food. They also just vanished. I used to dine in the Storm a lot and the food is generally pretty good and the service staffs were superb. Occasionally, I would just ordered a pasta because I just don’t like the bar being bit noisy. The service staff and chef would bend their back just to please me even is outside the menu. Then came along a hot shot manageress that would not bend at all and if I want to have pasta, I have to go to the bar. The poor service staff was almost in tear trying to explain to me, which is no fault of her. Now, I just go to Fields and very few occasions I dine at the Bar cos the staff is still good. And no more Egg Station on Breakfast? Do you know the smell of the freshly make omelet or Over easy egg in the morning? Or may be too many Asian tourist now, it does not matter any more. 3rd Some of your front desk receptionists are very good but some need to be at the back where they belongs to , they are not qualified to be standing there at all. First, they do not even recognize who your regular guest it. Being a Elite Platinum member, I had being always upgrade to the Executive room most of the time. I do understand that at time there might be none available which is quite normal. Normally the front desks staff who knows me well, will apologize and tell me so. Which is quite ok with me. On the 18th when I check in, I was not even addressed in the 1st place. And when I asked for upgrade, she told me that I was already given a lounge access and there is no more Executive Room left.!!! It sounds like “ I have given you a lounge access , what more do you want?” attitude. Yet on the 2nd day ( 7am) I went to the front desk to ask for an upgrade, I was given one right away. I switch room at 7am  Waola. It is like I hit a jack pot. Please do not tell me that the housekeeping clean up before 7am. I stayed in your hotel long enough to know how things works here. BTW, do you not keep Executive rooms for your Elite Platinum Member? Is not that they just appear from nowhere without reservation? 4th I left a shirt in the room when I check out and not able to get it back. How do you track if there someone left something in the room? Do you not inform the guest immediately nor do you need the guest to tell you so? Somehow, I am not able to get back my missing shirt. Attached is a pictures of the pillow on my stays, I found it only on the last day after sleeping on a few nights. Now I get kind of creepy feeling running over me. You still have very good staff namely; Alan ( breakfast) , You need to give them a good raise Coming from the same business before, all I can say is, you not selling just beds and foods. You are selling Services and Hospitality. Perhaps, your hotel is always fully booked now that you do not need to care anymore. Trying to save some money perhaps or may be the investor are asking for more profits .If you are going to start cutting services and hospitality, perhaps you might want to consider changing name to Crowne Express or Crowne Inn Cos Crowne Plaza is still a premium brand. My wife liked the very soft pillows and aromatherapy kit. Great location if you want a place out of town (train station very close by too) and close to the airport. 03 July 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Just Plain Outstanding In 40 years of business and leisure travel, I have never encountered a reception staff that was so consistently outstanding. Every single person (we probably had contact with eight of ten over a three day period) was helpful, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, articulate, and a joy to deal with. It's a new hotel, so everything about the room and the facilities were great, but the reception staff made the visit truly memorable. 02 July 2014
