This is a very good hotel and at a very reasonable price. It is not in the city centre, but you get there in a few minutes by metro or train. The service is excellent and the staff solves any problem with just a click. We will definitely stay here if we visit again this beautiful city.

We found this hotel one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The staff was more than willing to help us with every request we had. My husband left his credit card at a restaurant the day before and the very nice lady in reception at the Crown Plaza called the restaurant and told us the restaurant was holding his credit card for us.

A great hotel for visiting Copenhagen. Free courtesy bus from airport. Clean and comfortable. Excellent staff with great local knowledge that they are more than happy to share. Short walk to a Fields shopping mall. Cross the road to the station for a quick, cheap, clean train ride into the centre of Copehagen. We had a great mini-break in the Copenhagen Towers and would definitely visit again.

Came to Copenhagen for a short day and a half of seeing the city after working all week in another part of the country. Room had an amazing view and the soaking tub was greatly appreciated by my wife after long days of walking around town. The hotel is very conveniently located to the Orestad train and metro station, and the desk has 2 way tickets available to hotel patrons to purchase. This is especially handy if you do not have a pocket full of kroner to buy tickets at the station.
The only issues was the air/ventilation system in the room. I think the fan was a bit out of balance as it made a constant clicking sound when running. My wife ended up using ear plugs and then she was able to sleep well. The black out curtains worked almost too well, as the 2nd day we had meant to have an early start but slept in a very comfortable bed until 10 am.
Finally - the staff (all of whom seemed to be well versed in several languages) were very patient with the multitude of questions from myself and the plethora of guests that constantly asked about transportation, sights, food, and taxis. Really could not have hoped for a better place to help us enjoy the city!

the noise of teh wind waked me up at 5:00 o'clock in the morning.
I was ot the 11th floor, and the noise of the storm was that loud, that sleeping was impossible!
I was born in Northern Germany direct at the North Sea shore, so I know wind and storm, but room 1109 was that loud... !!
Anything was absolut great, we had a very good Seminar over two days.

We've stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and the service has exceeded my expectations... Brand new hotel and spotless.. Everythings well organized, our room is always clean, friendly staff... Superb breakfast and when you're a platinum ihg elite member you can use the club lounge and gym for free...The hotel is just 5mins walk to the train station where you can reach copenhagen city centre in just 8mins, 40 mins to Malmo or Helsingor thats if you want to go to Sweden...Across the train station is a big shopping centre... Plus they have a free shuttle service to the airport and on the day were scheduled to leave the shuttle was full and busy so they hired a taxi for us and again its free... If I will go back to Copenhagen again I will definitely be staying in this hotel...

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Land O'Corn 13 Nice Hotel with a Couple of Issues
Copenhagen Towers is several miles south of downtown in a quickly developing neighborhood, the growth spurred by a subway line and construction of a sports arena. The hotel is quite new and full of cruise ship patrons setting out on a Baltic Sea voyage. Although the hotel is near the Orestad subway terminal, construction in the area doubles the length of the hike.
The hotel prominently advertises ( at the front desk and in the elevators) a free shuttle to the nearby CPH airport. When I tried to book the shuttle for a 7:05 a.m. plane, I was told that the first shuttle departure was 6:10 a.m., too late to make the plane. The dozens of flights departing in the early morning suggest that 6:10 a.m. is too late for many. The result was a $30 (DKK 150) cab ride.
Along with the 5:30 a.m. cab, I also asked for a 4:30 a.m. wake up call. I am still waiting for that call. When I asked the desk clerk what happened to the call, he apologized and said I would receive some token to express the hotel's concern. I'm still waiting for that too.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Edward44 Great First or Last Night in Europe for an Extended Trip
We were tired after three weeks in Scandinavia including a 4 day cruise up the Norwegian coast on a Hurtigruten vessel. Copenhagen Towers was our eighth different "bedroom" of the trip and a welcomed relief after spending the previous two nights in a small bed in the home of a friend of ours.
The front desk staff was warm and friendly, the server in the restaurant was also very warm and friendly and our dinner was excellent (the dish recommended by our server).
The free airport shuttle bus was very convenient (if not a little hard to find for our pickup at the airport).
We highly recommend this property.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Kopenhagen Fan Very comfortable bed//room//layout/ limited service mentality
Well located airporthotel, good train connection.
Very good choice at the breakfast buffet, unfortunately limited
Service during Weekends...no omlett cook available,
very good bread selection but the quality of the fruits was doubtfull
>>>conference rooms--- the aircondition is far too loud,
the rooms offer beside the Minibar a watercooker for tea and coffee-- The lay-out is well and the view, the Skyline is perfect,
if you are in the higher etages
the view at the bottom is pure it is a building under construction
and the surrounding is not ok.
Parking is expensif
The Price value relation is unbalanced, if you see the distance to the City especially at weekends.
This comment is done without deeper knowledge of the Kopenhagen Scene .

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fooe2 Stay here for fantastic service
We booked with points and received an upgrade to a 19th Floor Executive Room with access to the Club Lounge as Platinum Members. It's offer to award a Dk75 Voucher for passing on your room being cleaned is an intelligent way to encourage guests to be green (as opposed to leaving the towels on the floor or in the bath).
It's airport shuttle is every half hour, and the Metro Orestad is a 5 minute walk from the hotel, taking ten minutes to get to the centre of Copenhagen. The largest department store in Copenhagen, Fields is opposite the metro, providing almost everything that you may require. So unless you want to stay in the centre of Copenhagen, this is a good choice. We will choose this hotel again when we next visit Copenhagen.

Perhaps one of the best rooms and hotels in Copenhagen - a little drive, taxi or train ( there is one almost outside) from the city - but a really nice place and very good rooms and service - business just fine, sightseeing ?

I arrived late to the hotel at midnight, having had a long day. The lady at the desk was really welcoming and even upgraded my room to an executive on the 18th floor. The room was really good quality and everything seemed as though I was the first to have used it. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Bed was great, staff we're really helpful in the morning. What a great impression I've left with, I've gone on to recommend to a number of fellow travellers too.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by KenDC One day in Copenhagen before a cruise!
Well after a 22hr flight from Australia the Crowne Towers is the perfect place to spend a night before a cruise.
Arriving early morning was no problem, the hotel has a free shuttle bus to the hotel and Dana, the concierge was up early and arranged for us to get into our room for a quick shower before helping us with metro tickets to get into the city to see the sights and get rid of jet lag.
All the staff at the hotel were courteous and very helpfully and there's Fields shopping centre near by .. Easy walking distance!
Rooms are great and breakfast excellent. Totally Recommend.

Me and my fiancé went to copenhagen for the easter weekend and had a brilliant time. The hotel itself was superb. The staff could not have been anymore helpful. The room was fantastic, very comfortable and clean.although the hotel isn't in the town centre, the metro station is only across the road and is a 10 minute trip.i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. We had access to the club lounge which was also fantastic and I understand you can pay For this even if you aren't staying in club room. Will definitely stay again if I return to copenhagen

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Couple from Canada The Perfect Place to Stay in Copenhagen
We had a wonderful stay at the Copenhagen Towers. I had trouble making the reservation through the central reservation line and there were mistakes made thus the Front Desk Manager was so kind to promptly correct everything and she gave us an automatic room upgraded. All the staff were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel is new and absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the extensive buffet breakast. It was the best breakfast we had during our holiday. Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and we had the best sleep. This hotel is next to a brand new mall called Fields and next to the metro thus it only takes about 10 minutes to reach downtown Copenhagen. As well you are only a few minutes from the airport with the complimentary shuttle. So it is the perfect location. I would not stay anywhere else, this is the perfect hotel.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Plindstrup Never again
I have stayed at this hotel many times before. Usually I stay there in a room I share with a friend of mine. Since she is Platinum, she makes the reservations.
On this stay I stayed there by myself, therefore I booked the room in my names as I have done a few times before.
Normally I am pleased to stay at this hotel, but this time I was "told off" by a member of staff, who clearly did not care for me at all.
Last time I booked a room myself, I got access to the Club Lounge. And since I booked the same roomtype this time, i expected to get access this time also.
But I was not given access. I asked at the reception how this could be, and the lady at the frontdesk was so rude. She said "You did not have access last time you were here"...
I tried to explain that I indeed did get access. I also stated that I have stayed here many times before. She replied "Look at the screen! You have had only 3 reservations - LOOK!"...
I was chocked by the way she was "telling me off" and I tried to explain that I have stayed here more than 15 times, but usually in a shared room with a person. She said: "No, LOOK HERE! IT IS NOT TRUE"...
Well, I did not want to argue. I asked how I could get access to the Club Lounge and said I would be happy to pay any fee og upgrade.
She replied "You can not have access! And you DID NOT have access last time you where here!".
I was chocked by the way she was talking to me.
I really don't care how much I have to pay for a room. But I booked the EXACT SAME room as I did last time. And last time I got access to Club Lounge. And therefore I expected to have it again.
If I was given access to the Club lounge by mistake last time I stayed there, that is fair enough! Just tell me and let me upgrade! But NO! The lady at the frontdesk just kept telling me off, and between the lies she called me a liar!
After 20 minutes of arguments, she told me "You can upgrade and have access for 300 DKK"...
WELL GREAT! Why on earth did she not let me know at the beginning? Instead for dealing with this straight away and let me pay for an upgrade, she wanted to tell me off, call me a liar and let me know that she could see I have had only 3 stays #even though I have stayed there in a room with a partner serveral times, but the room was in my partners name#...
I will never stay at this hotel again!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by flerk My choice whenever I am in Copenhagen.
i have stayed at this hotel several times before. I believe that the cost of staying here is perhaps best value for money in Copenhagen. The room cost is very good for a hotel like this in Copenhagen. With the 24 hours metro and the train 5 minutes walk away the location is not a problem either. Fields shopping centre is also 5 minutes away so all shopping needs can be taken care of there. The minibar, pay TV, bar and also the parking fee cost for a hotel of this standard in Copenhagen is very reasonable. The staff are all polite, professional and welcoming, some not as much as others, but two of the bartenders in the lobby bar I talked were nothing short of great people. Made my time there very enjoyable. Oh, and the pool and table football in the lobby bar area is also a very nice touch.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by JCTbone The "Green" Getaway
The Copenhagen Towers, while not on the airport property is super convenient - they have free shuttles that run about every 30 minutes for most of the day (6:10am - about 23:00).
Check out the "around the sound" trip on the Oresunds Train. You need to get the ticket from the main information shop in downtown Copenhagen, but after that you get 2 days (48 hours) to use the train, metro, bus. You can only cross the sound between Helsingor and Helsingborg on ferry in one direction and cross the bridge between Malmo and Copenhagen in one direction on the ticket that is the limit.
If you have an early flight, get a train ticket the night before and you can get from the hotel to the airport as early as you need without the expense of a taxi.
Great hotel, nice staff and beautiful views from almost every room!!!
