Very well designed room with good working comfort. This is how it should be done!
Good location with short metro connection to city center.

Wonderful hotel and great location. Unfortunately the overall experience is drawn back to an average toward the middle due to the parking policy. In my opinion it is wrong to charge the guests for parking in the parking cellar.

Reward points came very handy for this last minute stay in Copenhagen, special thanks for that. We stayed in a corner room which was very pleasant, however wi-fi reception was NONE whilst the room door was closed(!) Staff was very helpful with directions, places to see in a short stay and other tourist requirements. We met Alan at executive lounge and he briefed us very plasantly and even philosophicaly on our qustions about Denmark in general. Great value!!!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Dutchy Additional service that make you deel extra special had dissapeared
I can see that the hotel is trying to save cost
- no more welcome fruit or chocolates in your room ( I really miss this especially since I stay most of the cases 2 or 3 nights)
- probably cheaper tea in the breakfast room. Not very tasty
- no egg and omelet service in the morning anymore
- lounge snacks reduced to very poor snacks.
All in all it is a pity since I really valued this.
A hotel stay is very convenient and the staff is very friendly.
Wireless could be better, quality of wifi depends per room.

Stayed June 20-24 2013. Fantastic modern and contemporary hotel situated between the airport and Copenhagen city centre at the 'Fields Shopping Mall'. We got the complimentary shuttle bus from/to the airport to the hotel which saved on taxi charges. Reception staff recognised my Rewards Club status and gave us a Club Room on the top floor which had great views of the city centre, the suburbs, the airport and the bridge to Malmo. You can obtain train tickets from reception for trips to city centre or to Malmo. Remember to stamp your ticket for each JOURNEY. I was told by the concierge to stamp it just ONCE and was almost arrested one evening because I hadn't stamped it for the return visit..! Mmm - Embarrassing..! The train station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Use the exit in the bar, it quicker. Bar service is good and also do a wide variety of meals & snacks. Cannot comment on the restaurant as we didn't use it. However, it seemed that the restaurant is closed on Sat/Sun evenings..! We had Club access so had most of our drinks, beverages, snacks and breakfasts in there. In the Club Lounge the choice of drinks and snacks #apart from breakfast# is pretty limited - don't expect 3 x meals a day in the Club lounge because you will be disappointed. There's a small gym opposite the Club lounge. But is you want a fully equipped gym and swimming pool it is in the 'Fields Mall' and can be arranged via the concierge. The clientele is mainly business people and people starting/ending cruises. Would recommend.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by RMIT A great value for money
Having stayed in various parts of Europe in little cubby holes they call room at high price, I was blown away by the size and expanse of the suite; the bathroom was spacious and the shower great.
A fact I did not realize that with staying in a suite, ( well under the standard rate of any double room), one got special breakfast and supper with drinks! I mean beer/wine/spirits.
A very nice place: just minutes away from the airport with free shuttle and literally a stone's throw from the Metro. Will stay there again if I visit Copenhagen

Hotel located some km form the city but very good transportation facilities (metro). Very nice rooom but sound isolation could be a little better (although didin't bother us much). The bicycles you can rent at the hotel are great to visit the city - worth every cent !!!

Friendly staff as expected but too bad the restaurant was closed. Typical Scandinavian thing to close the restaurants in the summer.
Location is good and the train ride to and from the city center is easy.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by YORK62 Location
Rather isolated and lacking atmosphere being located amongst ugly fields that are being developed in the near future. Very close to the metro system and therefore easy to get into the city. Costs for breakfast are ridiculous and no alternatives unless you can wait till after 10 pm when the local shopping mall/centre opens. Taxi to Cruise port very expensive. No swimming pool.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Ken85 Service and Hospitality were outstanding
We enjoyed out stay at the Crowne Plaza in Copenhagen. It would of been better if the main restaurant had been open for dinner but it was closed. We felt that the room was not as comfortable as it should of been. The temperature control was set not to go beyond 17.5 . Since the room faced out to the morning sun it just would not cool off very well. When I spoke the the people at the front desk they told me that most all the rooms were warm. Other that that everything went very well.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by WT1234 Very clean and spacious
This property has an excellent staff who not only know their business but are extremely kind and helpful. They personally assisted me in securing flight boarding pass when we were unable to obtain them through Lufthansa's website or their customer service phone listing. Hen-rick, at the Crown Plaza's front desk was able to speak German and guided me to the airport checkin as LF could not find my reservation. All worked out well in person.
The room was quiet, clean, and spacious. All in our party of eight had a pleasant stay after returning from a Baltic Cruise awaiting for air back to the USA. The food at the restaurant and breakfast buffet was delicious. The draft beer was quite tasty. I would recommend the Copenhagen Towers Crown Plaza to anyone. They are located near the airport and have free shuttle service and also near the Metro which allows access to the city center within 15 minutes.

We woke up went down to the clerk at 0415 and she said the call was cancelled but that was it she couldn't prove that it was cancelled by us we were heading back to the USA and luckily I woke up early.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Carolyn45 Comfortable in Copenhagen
My husband and I recently stayed in this hotel for six days before a cruise leaving from Copenhagen and one day on the return. We were very pleased with every aspect of hotel. The quality of sleep in a hotel is a major factor for me and this place is excellent. The bed, the pillows and the bedding were very comfortable and cozy. The black out drapes were the best I have ever seen in a hotel, because they had full coverage of the wall of windows with significant overlap in the middle when closed. The air conditioning made the room a perfect temperature for sleeping and I have never stayed in a quieter hotel. Even the air conditioning unit functioned without any noise. Although there were several hot days, the room was always comfortable at their default setting. A number of people we met on the cruise complained about their hotels in town close to city center, because these places did not have air conditioning making them miserable. They had to keep the windows open and were kept awake by the sounds of the city and long lasting sunlight. I love the fact that this is such a green hotel. I am very sensitive to chemicals and I had no problems here.
If your focus is to have a quiet, peaceful, comfortable place to stay after a busy day of sightseeing this is the place for you. Even though this hotel is outside of the city, it is a less than a ten minute ride on the Metro to the city center. The cost is about $3 a day per person and the tickets are sold at the front desk. The same station where you catch the Metro into town also has a train station on the lower level where you take the train into Copenhagen’s main station and then travel to other cities or countries. For example, a couple we met were taking the train to Norway from there. We took the train to the viking museum in Roskilde, a nearby scenic town. There is also an excellent shopping center called Fields a short walk from the hotel on the way to the Metro/train station that has everything you could want including a grocery store where we enjoyed buying fresh fruit each day. We met a lot of tourists and cruise passengers staying at this facility and the Hop On Hop Off bus stops there each morning at 8:40.
The service at the front desk consistently exceeded our expectations and the free airport shuttle worked very well getting us to the airport in about ten minutes. At the airport when you arrive, there is a phone specifically for the hotel located at the information desk so you have direct contact with the shuttle service. As far as the restaurant is concerned, we only ate breakfast there, but the buffet was filled with lots of variety and the food was great.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DAG99 Great experience in Copenhagen
On the surface, many travellers might overlook this hotel due to its location closer to the airport than the city center, but my family and I found this stay to be one of the most comfortable of all our nights in Europe. The hotel amenities were first class, the rooms much closer to what we typically find in the US (versus often very small and somewhat odd configurations elsewhere in Europe), we appreciated the environmentally conscious nature of the property, and it was actually quite easy to get downtown and back via metro and regional train. One extra positive not always appreciated was air conditioning, which appears to be a rarity in Copenhagen and we needed it in July!
The concierage was helpful with discount transportation tickets and explicit instructions for using the metro and train (we went into the city on the metro, and retuned via the regional train). The walk to the stations was fairly short. As a Platinum member, the lounge and included breakfast were very good.
If you really want to walk out the door and be in the city center, this isn't the place for you, but if you are comfortable with travel by metro and want very comfortable and modern accomodations this is a good option to consider.

I have stayed at this property several times since it opened in 2010. Recently, I was there for 14 nights on business, so I had the opportunity to interact with much of the front of the house staff. Everyone I encountered was very helpful, and some went out of there way to be customer-centric. For example, on Sunday evenings the lobby restaurant is closed, so the bar is the only sit-down eating option. It therefore can get quite crowded. When this happened to me, the front desk agent arranged for my order from the bar menu to be sent to my room in under 10 minutes. At the end of my stay, I was delayed behind another couple who were taking some time to exchange money while checking in. The airport shuttle I'd reserved left without me. Noticing this, the agent called the driver back (he had only reached the end of the driveway, but nice gesture still). Hats off to Roar, Carina, Lizel and everyone on Copenhagen Towers team for their friendly and professional service.

What makes this hotel great to visit Copenhagen is that the metro is a 3 minute walk away. Why pay 3 times when you can stay in this very modern hotel and in 10 minutes you are in Nyhavn in the center of the city where you can walk everywhere worth walking in the city. The metro is great , just as good if not better than than Tokyo's, London, Moscow and far better than NY City.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. With hotels, you need to build walls and put a roof on a building, but it is the people who make it what it is. From our initial pick up at the airport to the drop off, the service was first class from all members of staff. I would like to thank Anders for arranging to take us to the airport ahead of our scheduled time so we could check in early. His professionalism will mean he has a bright future in the hospitality industry. That also goes for everyone else who works in this hotel. Thank you again for help making our first visit to Copenhagen a fantastic experience.

Clean, quiet, efficient.
Close to a large mall.
The only issue is that it really is in the middle of nowhere -- even if it is close to rail lines.
Although the mall is large, so are the prices -- but this is Denmark and that apparently is the way things are.

The hotel building and interior are impressively well designed, new and clean. Breakfast was also good. But the omelet was salty for me. Being located just besides a metro and train stations between the airport and city center, it was very convenient to travel around the area.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Coolin Great hotel, not too far from city center
I was looking for good hotel close to city center of Copenhagen for two nights and decided to use Crowne Plaza.
Hotel is new, so rooms and all amenities looks nice.
Rooms have comfortable beds, big bathroom and nice big windows with great views (depending on the floor you are).
Only negative is noise from construction, which is going on right next to the hotel. I did not mind too much because it usually stopped around 6-7pm - time when I was coming back to hotel.
There is subway station (with line going directly to the city centre) close to the hotel as well as big shopping mall with grocery store.
Overall I like it and recommend for anybody who needs to stay in Copenhagen.
