Follwo this duel carriageway until you reach the traffic lights and the hotel is the 3rd exit , sign posted for Langley Green.

the rest that did not happen

After a 8 day grouling trip in the uk seeing customers I thought I would treat my self and stay in what looked to be a great hotel, I know the brand have used many times. I was offered a half price room on a 24 hr membership deal so I took advantage and booked immediately. 10 min later I am booking stays in the HI hotels in Leeds on the normal web HI group web site and found the hotel I had just got half price £10 less to book the same room same dates???? how to look after your customers ..... I arrived in the hotel only to find out I had booked a very poor quality hotel and was not the relaxing stay I needed before my 17hr flight back to Hong Kong.... great location just off the motorway poor hotel with staff who would rather talk with each other or argue that the holiday inn group don't cheat there customers. I stay in this groups hotels generally for 1 reason the are always good clean and value for money in this case it was bad poor and expensive for what we got. CROWN PLAZA YOU CAN DO A LOT BETTER THAN THIS!!!

The Duty Manager came to meet you and offered to contact IHG Rewards on your behalf regarding the issue you experienced at booking and offered you an upgrade to a Club Bedroom but you declined the offers. check-in experience below expectations

I checked in 21.00 hrs and the staff did not had the courtesy to ask if I were IHG member or not...which I am. I presumed it was updated in the system with I being a frequent guest. Only upon check out I realised my IHG membership was not updated and when asked the staff, was informed there is nothing that can be done post check out.

I realised along with front desk, I was equally at fault for not proactive asking if my membership details are captured or not...

Comfortable and Convenient

Prompt and efficient service with courteous staff but the hotel is tired in many ways with the lifts and bedrooms in need of modernising

Great hotel easy access to airport

We stayed at this hotel before we flew on holiday. It was convenient as my family live in this area. We booked the suite because I am disabled and it gave us the extra room for me in the night when I can't sleep without disturbing my husband. The only inconvenience was the long walk and changing lifts not for me but my husband. However the staff were very helpful and took our luggage to the room. Even with the distance to the room it was still worthwhile staying in the suite. It made it nice to be able to invite our family up to the rooms after our meal so we could have personal time together before we left for a long holiday. The suite was more than our expectations Staff couldn't have been more polite, helpful and courteous. This hotel having a pool was an extra bonus as it's hard to find a hotel in this area with a swimming pool as lovely as the one here. Having access to the executive lounge was also a bonus enabling us to booking on line and print our tickets off and answering any emails that we needed to deal with. Also it was a comfortable lounge and service with drinks and canapés was excellent the staff meet all our needs.
