Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor service The service at this hotel made it so that I would not want to stay there again. The "Guest Service" button on my room phone would ring several times then hang up. No one ever answered at the front desk or room service, etc. In order to reach anyone, I had to call the 800 number from my cell phone. Only then could I get someone from the front desk to answer. The restaurant service was appalling. The hostess was incapable and the wait staff never came to our table. Menus were blank with no papers inside. We even came back several times and were unsuccessful. The bar in the lobby was fast and friendly. The bellman was very helpful. Even making the reservation for our room was next to impossible and I had to call back half a dozen times. The hotel itself had a nice ambiance in the lobby and lounge area. The rooms are old, but appeared clean. The shower leaked consistently. I did not receive clean towels or Kleenex/toilet paper refills between days. I could not reach guest services to bring these to me as no one ever answers the guest services phone. I think in the future, I would just stay at the options across the street to avoid the frustration. 26 February 2014

Everyone working there was so kind and the atmosphere was beautiful and so comfortable. I will most defiantly stay there again and I will recommend it to friends and family! 19 February 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Accommodations and service I stay approximately 3-5 nights a month. I have always been greeted by the front desk with professionalism and even more so personably. Rachel, Jason, Jessica, and Nick (just to name a few) are very nice and pleasant each check in or out. They are excellent represent ices of the Crown Plaza/IHG organization. The food service staff is also very pleasent and professional. I have highly recommended this hotel to several friends and colleagues. Thanks for the great accommodations and service 14 February 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good time I really enjoyed my stay. I appreciate your shuttle service to and from the airport. The complimentary wifi was excellent, I was able to use facetime on my iphone to speak with my 6 year old. The restourant in your hotel was really good. You have very friendly and helpful staff. One of your staff, a waitor, who really stands out in my mind is an older gentleman. His name started with an "A". You have a great staff member in that department of your hotel. This man was such a nice person, I enjoyed talking to him. I decided to eat in the hotel restaurant more than once because this nice waitor. I am glad that you sent me this survey because I wanted to let you know how much of a good person he is. Overall, my best memory of your hotel. I believe that he deserves an award. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Careful of the Shuttle Although we asked for a non-smoking room, the room had obviously been smoked in. It was Superbowl Sunday, and the TV in our room would not get that channel, so we had to watch in the lobby. When we got to the hotel, we signed up for the 5:00 a.m. shuttle to the airport, as we had an early morning flight. The shuttle came, a bunch of people pushed in front of us and got on. The driver did NOT have the list, and simply let them ride. We were left at the hotel and nearly missed our plane. When I asked the doorman, "Why bother to have a list if you're not going to pay attention to it?" he simply shrugged and acted as if that's the way it is. The entire reason we chose this hotel was because of the airport shuttle and the parking. We won't stay again because it would be too easy to miss a plane. 11 February 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Staff I would like to mention some staff that went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one and also makes us feel like going back to this hotel. Robert (manager): extraordinary, went out of his way to make many people happy and feel special! A pleasure to be around and talk to, always wanting to please the customer and worked very hard! Never stopped moving....and always remembered you! Tom (manager): always walking around to greet people, took the time to talk and see if everything was going well with your stay. Damtu: very good shuttle driver, very caring, very respectful! Tamayou: Very good waitress, always remembered us, made good suggestions about the menu, very respectful, always smiling and would always help other waitresses and waiters. Sarah: at check in (the one with long dark hair and at the podium to the left when you walk in the entrance) She took the time to look up pharmacies in the area for me...anything I would go and ask her about, she always smiled, and took the time to help me. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Why not the Crown Plaza Denver International Airport? Great ambiance. Modern and warm, welcoming decor. The venue worked very well for our event. The Crowne Plaza delivered on every level of service. An interesting and continual intere\action lead this customer from being disappointed to impressed. the first night at the hotel, we stopped in the restaurant for dinner. We ordered and waited for our food. there were some missteps in the service, and the manager came out and offered to comp drinks or dessert for us. We politely declined as we do not drink, and because my daughter is an athlete, we do not do dessert before a competition. The next day, we ordered lunch, and it took a long time to get to us. In the meantime, we asked a server to check on our food. When the food came out, the same manager came out with it. He was very apologetic and offered to comp some room service, or another meal in the restaurant, for us. Later when we did order room service, not only did the manager take our order, but he delivered it personally to our rooms..Sufficed to say that this manger went above and beyond to make sure our dining experiences were excellent. 06 February 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Location, location, location.... The hotel is close to the airport, dining and downtown Denver, which is great. However, they where in some state of remodeling when I checked in and I had to cimb over a mini fridge to get into my room. The front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming, so for that reason alone, I'd recommend it to others. 06 February 2014
