Great location with Park and Fly package

This is a late review for my one night stay last month. I used the Park and Fly package, second time in the last year. Property is convenient enough to DIA with the shuttle. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were good, the room was very comfortable, and most importantly the staff were great in all areas of the hotel.

OK for what we needed

My daughter had a dance convention at the hotel. It was convenient to be so close, although I was disappointed not to get the type of room I was expecting. Most of the staff was very kind and helpful. We will be staying there again soon.

When Hotel is in the wrong/screwd up. Front Desk need to beable make executive decision. I don't know... just doesn't cut it for me.

wrong room

after calling to let them know i was given the wrong room I was on hold for 6 minutes I finally hung up the phone and went to the lobby to get my room changed. I know it was new years eve but could have done without the attitude I just wanted to go to bed
